ExhibitorLIVE 2023 USA: New Location & Schedule Announced

As one of the biggest events in the exhibition industry, ExhibitorLIVE confirmed its opening from April 23 to 26, at the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC) in Louisville, KY, a 6-hour drive from Chicago. The educational conference will be Apr 23-26, and the exhibition hall will be Apr 24-26, 2023.

ExhibitorLIVE is a premier conference and exhibition in North America related to the event planning industry for trade shows and corporate event marketing. It provides a platform where the industry comes together to exchange insights, education, commerce, and experiences.

In past 30 years, was located in Las Vegas. From 2022, the organizer plans to identify a new host city every year where the collective will come together to experience new and innovative ways to help the exhibition industry deliver the best for clients.

This decision is a reflection of the core of ExhibitorLIVE. The big event has industry giants showing the latest innovation and technology, veterans sharing experiences, as well as new players with amazing designs. Nearly 200 exhibitors fairly present themselves to exhibit houses, suppliers, students, etc. to exchange ideas on how we can all work together to continue to grow the face-to-face marketing industry.

It is also aimed to attract a new, exclusive audience of qualified buyers by the new location on the East side of the States. ExhibitorLIVE takes the responsibility to educate the industry, hosting comprehensive conferences to push the development of exhibitions. From 2023, the organizer wants to expand its influence and reach more companies in show business.

Located at the center of Louisville's bustling downtown, the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC) is showing off its $207 million renovation and expansion, making it a top-tier convention center and a must-see business hub. KICC is a LEED Silver-certified facility that was among the first GBAC STAR® accredited facilities in Kentucky. It is a state-of-the-art convention center with over 200,000 continuous square feet (about 18580 square meters) of exhibit space and a 40,000 square foot column-free ballroom.
