A successful team-building event was held at the Lingtong Manufacturing Center to unite the strength and ignite passion

As much as we work hard, we also need to live well, because the direction of our hearts is sunshine. The "Winter Sun" team-building activity was held at the Lingtong Exhibition Manufacturing Center and the Innovation Center on December 18, 2021, with the strong support of the company's leaders. As a team-building activity, this involves a lot of game projects interspersed with walks, family banquets, and other links that help everyone to relax and enjoy the beauty of poetry and the remote world after a working day.

Everyone met at the gate of Song Jianhu Lake, the venue of this event, on time at 8:30 in the morning. Even though there was a slight cold wind, the warm sun made the big guy feel more relaxed. Within ten minutes, everyone gathered at the venue, talking and laughing, and preparing the game props and prizes. 

Children blew up balloons. Although this was a game played often as a child, it was still fun to play: I was the same boy before!

At the end of the game project, we walked in a circle around Songjian Lake. There are marathon race tracks along the way, and the whole course is about 8 kilometers long. The blue runway gives people a sense of peace and quiet. Sunlight sprinkles on the body and lingers in the shade of blue waves, accompanied by birds, insects, and fish along the way. 

Songjian Lake is breathtaking.

A gourmet banquet was also held at the end of the hike. Each person brought one or two of their own specialties, which were beautiful and affordable. We ended the team-building activity with a peal of joyous laughter after some colleagues performed impromptu performances.

Youth is the surging enthusiasm. There is no age barrier or difference in position in team building. Colleagues are flourishing in their prime. Through this event, everyone enjoyed the joy of a long absence, enhanced the friendship between the manufacturing center and the innovation center, and went hand in hand to create new heights. Unite and gather strength, ignite dreams with passion, and look forward to the next team-building activity to bring more innovation and joy, and add innovative vitality to the company's journey of opening up territory!
