With the development of technology and the green exhibition industry, human resources, especially talents in the industry plays a more and more important role. Thanks to Lingtong-sponsored international design forums, which were held once every year, more than 5,000 designers, and more than 1,500 construction companies have been cultivated. Each forum has brought the modern concepts of "green", "environmental protection", "fast assembling", "beauty" and "safety" to the market. The summit forums bring all professional scholars in the exhibition sector together to discuss the future development trend of the advertising exhibition industry, to share experience in designing and displaying, and to promote sustainable development of the green exhibition.
As a leading enterprise in the exhibition industry to promote the sustainable development of green exhibitions, Lingtong works together with the Ministry of Commerce for the drafting of standards in the sector. In doing so, the first standard, Booth Environmental evaluation criteria, has come out. For the very first time, there is a national standard for the evaluation of green exhibition stands. The regulations that have been announced and implemented so far are: "Energy Conservation Regulations for the Exhibition Industry" (Standard No.: SB/T 11090-2014), "Exhibition-used Folding Tables" (Standard No.: QB/T4936-2016), "Exhibition Equipment Terminology and Modular Exhibition Booth (SB/T 11161-2016), “Exhibition Booth Classification and Technical Specifications” (SB/T 11162-2016), “Evaluation Standards for Environmental-friendly Booth” (SB/T 11217-2018).
Education is the prerequisite for all development, from national development to individual development. The development of the company is closely interlinked with the support of the region and the community. Only by laying a good foundation of education can we achieve progress. Similarly, Rural Revitalization or rural development should take education first. If we want to change the identity and image of traditional farmers and break through the traditional agricultural development mode, we should first let every child in the village receive a high level of education, let generation after generation of rural people change their fate through culture and knowledge, and then turn back to drive the development of the rural economy after successful studies and careers. Although there are corresponding public schools in rural areas, there is a big gap between teaching facilities and living facilities in cities. For years, Lingtong Exhibition has been helping the development of Western education with Lingtong Middle School. Over the past few years, more than one million yuan has been successively invested in helping Qintuanzhuang Lingtong Junior High School to renovate the school buildings, build a comprehensive library, and purchase teaching equipment, etc., Through several years of efforts, the teaching conditions of Qintuanzhuang Lingtong Junior High School have been greatly changed. Since 2015, the company has also specially set up the "Lingtong Fund" to provide scholarships for the students of Lingtong Middle School. Qin Tuanzhuang Junior High School also officially changed its name to "Qin Tuanzhuang Lingtong Junior High School" in 2007.
Lingtong helps green energy-photovoltaic power generation and has set up 800 kilowatts of distributed photovoltaic power generation solar panels on the roof of the lingtong factory.
Lingtong releases its "Social Responsibility Report" to the public each year after the first report in 2010. This report follows the principles of objectivity, standardization, transparency, and comprehensiveness, and discloses the company's work in corporate governance, customer service, quality management, environmental protection, cooperation with suppliers, employee care, and social contribution to fulfill its corporate social responsibility.
