On December 29, 2016, driven by Wujin district Youth Entrepreneurs Chamber Of Commerce, Meng Luwei, Secretary-General of the Youth Chamber of Commerce, together with Wang Hailin, President of MIE Groups, Xiao Feng, vice president, and Zhang Basheng, visited Liu Yuguang, chairman of LINGTONG, as well as Huang Biao, President of LINGTONG and Xu Shenglin, manager of the foreign trade department. Taking the opportunity of the upcoming 13th China Expo Forum for international cooperation, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on the hot events and development status of the Convention and Exhibition industry, followed by an in-depth analysis of bilateral cooperation.

First of all, Xiao Feng, vice president of MIE Groups, affirmed the achievements of LINGTONG in the exhibition industry over the years. At the same time, he mentioned that LINGTONG had cooperated with MIE as early as five or six years ago and visited MIE's Dubai headquarters. Founded in 2000 in Dubai and persisting in the development concept of “Based in Middle-East, serve the world”, after 16 years of development, MIE group has developed from a simple exhibition agent to the current six business sectors of the exhibition, business travel, trade, culture, software and conference, with more than 100 exhibitions organized and represented by itself every year, despite the fact that it is facing considerable pressure in terms of exhibition construction.

The markets in Africa and the Middle East are emerging markets and compared with domestic construction companies, overseas construction companies can bear relatively small scale in the face of high exhibition equipment costs, which is not enough to meet the exhibition construction task of MIE group. Therefore, it tends to find several construction companies to cooperate in holding an exhibition. On the other hand, during the exhibition, the rental price of the equipment is very expensive. For example, the rental cost of a single TV set will reach several hundred dollars, which greatly affects the exhibitors' exhibition experience. In 2017, China Trade Week series exhibitions will be stationed in eight countries: Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Iran, UAE, Morocco, and Oman. Therefore, the successful holding and continuation of the exhibition will put the construction of the exhibition on the agenda again.

Then, Liu Yuguang, chairman of LINGTONG, introduced the current development of LINGTONG, the relevant information, such as the provided exhibition materials and the position of the enterprise in the industry, as well as a personal judgment on the future trend of the industry. If MIE would cooperate with LINGTONG, LINGTONG will be able to provide one-stop services from the source to the terminal to give exhibitors the best exhibition experience. At the same time, the two companies can also achieve win-win cooperation.

After receiving sincere thanks from both companies, Meng Luwei, Secretary-General of the Youth Chamber of Commerce, said that since the establishment of the chamber of Commerce in 2008, under the care and guidance of leaders at all levels and all sectors of society, they have boldly explored new ideas for the work, constantly sought new measures for service and development, and promoted the cooperation between enterprises. In addition, he also said that they would continue to give strong support to the MIE group and its partner Ethiopia construction company in the next step of investigation and cooperation with LINGTONG.

During the nearly two-hour communication, witnessed by Meng Luwei, Secretary-General of the Youth Chamber of Commerce, Wang Hailin, President of MIE Groups, and Liu Yuguang, chairman of LINGTONG, reached a consensus on complementary resources. MIE group hopes to provide exhibitors with the best service and exhibition experience. At the same time, LINGTONG also hopes to cooperate with high-quality exhibition organizers like MIE, so as to better promote LINGTONG’s high-quality exhibition equipment to the world and explore a broader international market through the brand exhibition.

After the meeting, under the enthusiastic guidance of chairman Liu Yuguang, the president’s assistant office of MIE group, and Meng Luwei, Secretary-General of the Youth Chamber of Commerce, visited the demonstration exhibition hall ofLINGTONG. From the construction of the large exhibition hall to the specific details, including the connecting devices of each exhibition tool, no one did not appreciate the product quality and professionalism of LINGTONG. President Huang Biao and manager Xu Shenglin made detailed introductions, ranging from the development and group listing of LINGTONG at home and abroad to every exhibition demonstration hall and Exhibition appliance connector, President Wang, and vice president Zhang of MIE once again gave high comments on the professional services provided by LINGTONG.
