Lingtong was recognized as one of Changzhou municipal leading enterprises in the high-quality development of the modern service industry

In order to implement ‘Opinions of the municipal government office on promoting the high-quality development of service industry’ ([2020] No. 106), Changzhou Development and Reform Commission organized the application and identification of the first batch of municipal leading enterprises in the modern service industry in accordance with Policies on promoting the high-quality development of service industry in Changzhou ([2021] No. 1). Finally, after a series of strict evaluations and research, Lingtong exhibition was recognized as the first batch of ‘municipal leading enterprises in high-quality development of modern service industry.

Since Lingtong was awarded the ‘leading service enterprise in Jiangsu Province’ in 2016, it has actively explored the road of enterprise development and transformation. It adhered to three transformation directions, that is from exhibition to display, from sailing to hiring, and from manufacturing to service. At the same time, it continuously deepened the construction of the operating system of one forum and four networks, that is, centering on the SongJian Lake International Exhibition Design Summit Forum, strengthening the construction of the designer network, builder network, service center network, and innovation center network, promoting the transformation of enterprises from traditional exhibition equipment manufacturers to integrated service providers of overall solutions. In addition, through the service innovation and concept development of Lingtong's deep cultivation in the market for many years, it has established a new model and new business format focusing on the development of green exhibition services in the industry. Lingtong also actively uses its own brand advantages to play a good demonstration and leading role in the exhibition industry, radiating and driving the relevant industries to achieve high-quality development.

‘Innovation is the key point to make an enterprise longevous’. In order to further improve its service transformation capability, Lingtong continues to increase its investment in R & D and innovation every year. So far, the company has applied for 335 patents and has 90 core patents. Focusing on the design side, Lingtong applied for one professional exhibition software copyright in 2020, and actively introduced high-end design talents, aiming to accelerate the pace of service transformation of the company through the improvement of design ability, and realize the diversified integration of the company's products with culture and science and technology, and expand the application of environmental protection exhibitions in museums, cultural centers, and other fields. 

In 2021, the company undertook the design and decoration exhibition project of the Service Center of Changzhou Economic Development District. With the perfect combination of green modular exhibition tools and multimedia interactive technologies such as sculpture, AR, and VR, the company created a green and interactive experience space, which actively confirmed the comprehensive strength of Lingtong in product innovation, service integration, and resource improvement. At the same time, it also contributes to promoting the development of local culture and economy.
