Vienna is celebrating its 200th anniversary as a convention city in 2015 and IFES its 30th birthday! For this unique occasion, the IFES World Summit 2015 will be held in the Hofburg of Vienna, the former residence of the Habsburgs.

The core theme of the IFES World Summit 2015 will be "Sharing Business". For the first time IFES invites global and national players from the whole spectrum of the exhibition industry. IFES member companies from over 40 countries are expected to participate in this international convention. From June 24-26, the IFES World Summit in Vienna will elevate the annual meeting to "The Next Level". The key issues at this convention will be environmental awareness, international market opportunities, innovative and sustainable management based on success stories of global market leaders, "Green Stands" and "Green Meetings". The international audience will be inspired by lectures and discussions to be held in 1.640m2 of imperial Hofburg rooms, including the Ceremonial Hall.

Participants will be able to discuss their own experiences and exchange ideas with international partners in topic-related workshops; meet live marketing specialists and discuss projects at Business Speed Meetings; and discuss current issues directly with speakers at roundtables.

This first day of the conference will focus on connecting decision-makers from the invited international industry and the IFES community. The second day will expand to include partners from the exhibition-, event- and convention business, who will provide insight on collaboration on international projects and share new knowledge about how to implement brands and corporate identities globally.

Rounding off the event will be the "IFES International Night" that includes a reception and a gala dinner with nationally elected officials who will celebrate this special occasion with the IFES community.
