The re-election conference of Changzhou Convention and Exhibition Industry Association was held, and Lingtong was elected as the president unit of the association

On May 28, 2025, the first member meeting of the second term of the Changzhou Convention and Exhibition Industry Association was held at the Changzhou Buckingham Palace Hotel. Tian Yong, President of Jiangsu Conference and Exhibition Industry Association, Gu Hongkuan, vice president and secretary-general of Jiangsu Conference and Exhibition Industry Association, Cui Yi, rotating chairperson of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Conference and Exhibition Industry Integration Development Alliance and executive president of Wuxi Conference and Exhibition Industry Association, Ding Wei, executive vice president of Suzhou Convention and Exhibition Industry Association, Yu Rong, director of the office, Zhang Liguang, Second-level Researcher of Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Ouyang Jun, vice president of Changzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce Lu Yi, Director of the Service Trade Division, and other relevant leaders and guests, as well as representatives from all member units of the association, attended the meeting and witnessed the establishment of the new council of the association together. Huang Biao, the president of Lingtong Exhibition, the leading unit of the association, attended the meeting.

The conference first voted to approve the work report, financial report, supervisor report of the first council, the charter of the second council and the election rules for the new term. Immediately after, the conference passed the new membership fee standards and management measures by secret ballot, and elected the new directors, supervisors and responsible persons. In addition, the meeting elected the new honorary vice president, executive vice secretary-general and deputy secretary-general of the association.

During the speech session of the newly elected president, President Huang Biao stated that the new council team will further deepen the goal of being "an assistant to the Party and government organs, a flag-bearer for industry construction, and a promoter of industrial development". On the basis of the previous achievements, they will continue to strengthen Party building, act as a bridge, and optimize services. Through institutional construction, they will enhance their internal capabilities, strengthen internal and external coordination, and actively respond to the national strategy. Give full play to the innovation-driven role of the association and play a greater role in promoting the high-quality development of Changzhou's economy.

As the successor to the chairmanship, Lingtong feels a great sense of responsibility and honor.
